Primacy of Dhuha Prayer

Some say that praying Duha prayer is also called awwabin. But there also are saying that they are different because awwabin prayer time is between maghrib and evening.

Duha prayer time begins from the rising sun began to rise approximately sepenggelah and lasted until a little before the entrance time for Dhuhr although disunnahkan do when the sun is rather high and somewhat sweltering heat.

The primacy of Duha prayer or benefit of this is what was narrated by Muslim, Abu Daud and Ahmad from Abu Dhar that the Messenger of Allah said, "Let each one you give alms to every segment of bone in your body every morning. For each time reading rosary is a charity, every tahmid is a charity, every Takbir is a charity, every tahlil is a charity, every Takbir is a charity, get someone else for doing good deeds is a charity, prohibit others from doing evil is charity. And instead of all that then it is enough to do two cycles Duha prayer. "

Also what was narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud from Buraidah that the Messenger of Allah said, "In the human body that is 360 bone segments. He must be issued alms to every link the bones are. "The Companions asked," Who is able to perform like that, O Messenger of Allah? "He is Allah replied, 'Sputum in the mosque, and then buried into the ground and throw something from the middle of the road disturbance , then it means a charity. But if not able to do it all, it is enough you do two cycles Duha prayer. "

In another narration by Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurairoh said, "my beloved Prophet has given three testament to me, that fast three days in each month, working on two cycles Duha and pray Witr before sleeping."

Jumhur scholars said that Duha prayer is sunnah even Maliki and Shafi'i scholars declare that she is the sunnah muakkadah based on the hadiths above. And allowed for a person to not do it.

Unlike the Fajr prayer there is no difference among the scholars that it is obligatory for every Muslim to implement it and sinful if abandoned.
